Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
No need to refrigerate.
Meals are ready to eat. Simply cut and pour.
You may add some warm water to the meal to make it a little soupy.
To serve warm meals, immerse pouch in boiling water for 2 minutes OR make a small tear in the pouch, place upright in a microwave safe dish and heat for 1 minute.
Once pack is opened, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours
